Annie Li Shanghai
Annie Li has over eight years of rich experiences in the area of labor law. She is familiar with labor law requirements in China and understands relevant practical solutions. She is good at drafting all kinds of employment documents (e.g. employment contracts, employee handbooks, internship agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, along with training agreements).
She provided general legal services in relation with labor and employment law, such as termination of labor contracts, social insurance, rest and vacation, labor remuneration, working-hour system, special protection of female workers. She frequently assisted and representing clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation of labor disputes. She provided on-site legal services regarding labor contract termination, downsizing, layoffs, strikes, the collective consultation and internal audit. She has advised clients from all sectors including manufacture, finance, information technology, healthcare, market research and retail.
Annie Li obtained her LL.M. from the East China University of Political Science and Law. She has been a licensed PRC lawyer since 2010. Annie joined the employment team of Chen & Co. Law Firm in 2014.
